Our Process

  • You decide you want to remodel or build new construction
  • After discussing your project, we tell you if you need an Architect and provide you with recommendations
  • The Contractor, Architect, and Client meet to discuss scope and budget of project
  • Production of designs/drawings
  • Client approval of final design
  • Presentation of final budget
  • Client signs construction agreement and is given preferred vendor list to pick out appliances, aesthetic details, etc.
  • Contractor handles all permits, ordering of materials, hiring of trade contractors, etc.
  • Discussion of final details before construction begins
  • Time-line followed. Client may make changes to the project at any time
  • Follow-up with Client at 30 days, six months, and one year.
  • After project completion, Client receives project book
